OVERVIEW - WHAT IS BUMP? BUMP is an exclusive new Revolectrix concept for Battery Management. The BUMP Controller utilizes Near Field Communication (NFC) Technology to communicate with any battery equipped with a BUMP Compliant Tag, or "BumpTag". The BumpTags will be pre-installed and pre-configured on most Revolectrix batteries in the near future. BumpTags will also be available for sale separately, so a customer can configure them for use with any battery of his choosing using the BUMP Controller. Once a tag is programmed for any given battery, a simple "BUMP" of the battery on the BUMP Controller configures any Revolectrix PowerLab Battery Workstation to the ideal settings for performing all battery management tasks. The BUMP Controller can independently address up to 4 PowerLab units (or channels of the Dual PowerLab 8) - each PowerLab connected is able to operate completely independent of the others.

Windows BUMP Controller Firmware Update Utility Software This FREE Microsoft Windows application is compatible with any version of Windows from Win XP through Win 10. This utility polls the internet automatically each time it is launched and will prompt the user to upgrade to the latest version any time new firmware is available. The process of upgrading firmware is as simple as selecting the latest version and clicking "Update Firmware".
Android BUMP Controller Mobile App Works with any Android tablet or Smart phone that supports Bluetooth 4/LE. Once installed, the Mobile App pushes BC Firmware Updates out from the Android device to the BUMP Controller via BT. The Android App also supports all the current features of the BUMP Controller User Interface experience for monitoring all battery management operations, programming BUMPTags, and more. The Android App is tailored for the screen size and resolution of the device on which it is installed. During the install process, your Google Apps account will be charged a one-time fee of $9.99 which includes all future Android App updates for the life of the product and the App may be installed on multiple Android devices without additional charges. To ensure a smooth installation, make sure that you have a valid Google Apps account with a current form of payment, then from your mobile device, simply search the Google Play Apps store for "bump controller", install, and confirm payment. If at any time within 30 days of the installation date, you are not completely satisfied with the application, you will be able to request a refund for the full purchase price via the Google Apps store.
